Overnight Maple Pecan Cauliflower Oats

These overnight maple pecan cauliflower oats will make your mornings a whole lot easier, not to mention more delicious!
  • ½ cup Gluten-Free old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
  • ⅔ cup milk or water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 Nugo Maple Pecan Egg White Bar, diced
  • 1-2 tbsp pecans, chopped
  1. Combine oats, cauliflower, water, maple syrup and vanilla in a small bowl or container. Mix well.
  2. Fold in chopped Maple Pecan Egg White Bar
  3. Top with chopped pecans
  4. Store in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours.
