Spinach Blueberry Salad W/ Candied Cashews
Heat brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon & water
Simmer this for 3-5 minutes
Remove from heat and fold in cashews
Place on parchment paper & to cool fully
top spinach w/ red onion
add blueberries
add cottage cheese
top with candied pecans
