Wrap tofu in a kitchen towel and place a heavy pan on top to press it. This will remove some of the water. Let this press for ~1 hour. Could also use a tofu press.
In a small bowl combine cornstarch and flour. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl combine greek yogurt, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Set aside
Cut tofu into 1” cubes.
Toss in a medium sized bowl with oil.
Add cornstarch mixture to the tofu and toss again to coat.
Take your cornstarch coated tofu and place it in the yogurt sauce. (leave the extra cornstarch mixture that may be in the bottom of the first bowl! Anything that isn’t on the tofu you’ll want to discard.
Coat your tofu with the yogurt sauce.
Air fryer directionsPreheat air fryer to 375. Cook for a total of 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Oven DirectionsPreheat oven to 425. Place on a lined baking sheet (spill mat or parchment paper) and bake at 425 for a total of 30 minutes, turning once 20 minutes into the cooking time.
