Red, White and Blue Fruit Pops

These red, white and blue fruit pops are the perfect treat! They are made with only 4 simple ingredients, contain no added sugar, and have only 64 calories each.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend strawberries. Adding a splash of milk as needed to get them going. Process until smooth. Pour into a popsicle mold.
  • Process banana, adding almond milk as needed, until smooth. Pour on top of strawberry layer.
  • Process blueberries, adding almond milk as needed, until smooth. Pour on top of banana layer.
  • Place in freezer until frozen solid (~4 hours +)
  • Enjoy!

Notes

To release from the popsicle mold I found it helpful to run under warm water to loosen popsicles.
