This simple smoothie recipe can be customized with whatever fruits you have on hand or other flavors you want to add!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 8-10 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Simple add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!

Notes

Add water as necessary to get smoothie to blend
May add sweetener of choice if desired
