riced cauliflower
fresh or frozen

cup
milk or water

maple syrup

tsp
vanilla

Nugo Maple Pecan Egg White Bar
diced
1-2
tbsp
pecans
chopped
Instructions
Combine oats, cauliflower, water, maple syrup and vanilla in a small bowl or container. Mix well.
Fold in chopped Maple Pecan Egg White Bar
Top with chopped pecans
Store in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours.
