These overnight maple pecan cauliflower oats will make your mornings a whole lot easier, not to mention more delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower fresh or frozen
  • 2/3 cup milk or water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Nugo Maple Pecan Egg White Bar diced
  • 1-2 tbsp pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Combine oats, cauliflower, water, maple syrup and vanilla in a small bowl or container. Mix well.
  • Fold in chopped Maple Pecan Egg White Bar
  • Top with chopped pecans
  • Store in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours.
