Ultimate BLT Bagel Sandwich
Topped with a runny egg and smeared with avocado cream, this is the ultimate BLT bagel sandwich! It makes a great meal any time of the day!

Ingredients

bagel
2
slices
bacon
cooked
2
slices
of tomato
1
lettuce leaf
1
egg
fried

tbsp
avocado lime crema
or mayo
Instructions
First, slice your bagel and set aside.
Cook your bacon on the stove, as well as fry an egg.
Make a batch of
2 minute avocado lime crema
(optional but highly encouraged!)
Assemble sandwich as follows: layer bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg on top of half of the bagel.
Spread avocado lime cream on the remaining half of bagel and place on top.
Dig in and enjoy!
