Ultimate BLT Bagel Sandwich

Topped with a runny egg and smeared with avocado cream, this is the ultimate BLT bagel sandwich! It makes a great meal any time of the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel
  • 2 slices bacon cooked
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 egg fried
  • 2 tbsp avocado lime crema or mayo

Instructions

  • First, slice your bagel and set aside.
  • Cook your bacon on the stove, as well as fry an egg.
  • Make a batch of 2 minute avocado lime crema (optional but highly encouraged!)
  • Assemble sandwich as follows: layer bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg on top of half of the bagel.
  • Spread avocado lime cream on the remaining half of bagel and place on top.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
