Spray a mug of ramekin with non-stick spray (optional but can help!)
In your mug/ramekin mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Add in oil, milk/water and vanilla.
Top with chocolate chips.
Microwave on high for 60 seconds.
Dive on in to your vegan mug brownie and enjoy!

May use all-purpose, whole wheat, or gluten free flour. This recipe has not been tested with alternative flours like almond or coconut! You may need to play around with this and add a touch more.May use cow's milk if you like, which will make this a non-vegan mug brownie, but it will still work and taste delish!Add any toppings or mix-ins you like!I'd recommend using a >4oz mug. 6-8oz work well.
