For The Chicken:In a medium to large bowl combine greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices. Then add in the broth to thin it a bit.
Place chicken thighs into the sauce, cover and allow to marinade for 2 hours minimum.
When you’re ready to cook the chicken, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place chicken thighs on it and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 425 degrees F.
For The Tzatziki Sauce:While the chicken is cooking you can assemble the tzaziki sauce by simply combining all ingredients into a bowl and mixing together until well combined.
When chicken is finished cooking (it should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F) slice it into strips.
