My passion came from my own experience.
For a long time, I struggled to find something that felt balanced, sustainable, and sane. I thought it was just me. I thought I needed more discipline, more control, or a better plan.

Hindsight was 20/20.
IT FELT HARD BECAUSE IT WAS HARD.
I was trying to force consistency without the stability that makes consistency possible.
That realization is what led me to teach food freedom through biological stability using the 1–3–5 System — a simple framework designed to support your body first, so everything else gets easier.
