First, combine the chili powder, cumin, salt and brown sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Add garlic, onion, juice from the lime and the broth and whisk.
Place your steak into a sealable bag or a container and pour the marinade mixture over it.
Allow your steak to marinate for at least 1-2 hours before cooking, ideally. You can marinate this up to 24 hours.
When ready to cook first place your steak into the Instant Pot and then pour in the marinade on top.
Pressure cooke the steak on high for 60 minutes and allow to naturally pressure release.
When it's done remove from the Instant Pot and slice thinly.
Enjoy as tacos, taco salads, burrito bowls, on nachos, etc!
